DH has both profit and charitable motives: The former enables us to have far reaching impact on the latter over time.

DCANS Healthcare is both a healthcare facility management organisation and a direct healthcare provider, via a bespoke hybrid model adopted to thrive in a developing country environment. Comprising of hospitals, multiple clinics, outpatient surgical units, pharmacies, imaging centres, diagnostic centres and investments in urgent care centres and on-site employer-based clinics, that is expected to serve patients annually, and our diversified and growing managed care platform, Health Plans and its affiliated entities. It also has an investment management arm overseeing the sustainability and growth model.

Our business model is centered on deploying our care expertise and managed care platform, either separately or on an integrated basis, in urban and suburban markets to manage population health, integrate the delivery and payment of healthcare services and ultimately expand our total market opportunities within our existing and new geographic markets.

As Founder of The DCANS Group and originally trained as a medic himself, but having branched out into core finance, Isaac Osei provides the strategic vision, leadership, drive and oversight that enables DCANS Healthcare to fulfill its mission of providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare through its care hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, other healthcare facilities and managed care platform. The founder is not directly involved in the day-to-day running of the health facilities - He will offer his expertise informed by a nuanced understanding of the healthcare industry’s trends and pressures. DH relies on the continuing recruitment of key team heads, professionals and new generation administrators.

DH Health care systems, hospitals, and other medical institutions depend on leaders and qualified professionals who have the wide-reaching perspective and nimble thinking required to navigate the industry and our model to thrive in this environment who will not only decipher critical policy issues, but also balance medical acumen with business problem-solving to make smart decisions, in maximising patient safety using the best practices of business, policy, and health care.

We believe our multi-pronged growth strategy enables us to pursue the total services opportunities in our existing geographic markets and provides us with greater optionality to enter new markets. The breadth of our services platform, including our acute care hospitals and broad array of inpatient and outpatient lines of business and access points and a diversified and growing managed care risk platform, is the key enabler of this strategy. We can offer delivery, health plan and risk management services on an individual or combined basis to each of our new and existing markets.
